How to get started

Before starting the main Crossfit classes we ask all new members to complete a foundation course, as it is a prerequisite, especially if you have never done Crossfit before.

The foundation course is designed to teach you the very basics of Crossfit, and to gradually introduce you to the intensity of the workouts, as well as knowing how to scale different exercises to suit your ability.
