Package one - £15 single payment
To establish current eating habits and training, you will be given a questionnaire and a food and exercise diary to complete. From
this we can then set daily calorie requirements and macros and provide you with advice of what foods are best for you based on your body type, life style and what you want to achieve.
Package Two - £30.00 Per Month
This will include all that is provided in package one with the additional benefit of re-setting macros and calories as you progress, access
to food logging system, updated meal ideas and ongoing email support to help you achieve your goals as well as access to a private members Facebook page with daily tips and advice.
