> WHat does a foundation course involve?
This course starts with a "game"! We find this often calms peoples' nerves before starting the session; bearing in mind this a new environment for some people and we want to make everyone feel welcome before starting. After that, the coach will then start taking you through some of the 9 fundamental movements.
The movements that are beening taught will be broken down in a way for everyone to understand. Once everyone can sufficiently perform the movement correctly we will then move onto the WOD (Workout Of the Day. This is a high intensity workout with a series of exercises put into different combinations to make each workout different. You will never do the same workout again!
> How many lessons are ther in the foundation course?
The foundation course is now only 1 lesson long every other Saturday from 12:00-14:30
> What happens if I can't make the Saturday foundation course?
If you can't make the foundation course session, then you might like to try a personal training foundation course. This is just 2x 1 hour sessions which can be done at times to suit you and the traininer at a cost of £70.
