FOUNDATION COURSE
 
We ask all new members to complete a foundation course, it is a prerequisite sport, that requires a baseline knowledge.It is designed to teach you the very basics of Crossfit, and to gradually introduce you to the intensity of the workouts, as well as knowing how to scale different exercises to suit your ability.
crossfit teens/Kids
The idea of the programme is to introduce and progress kids  and teens into becoming fitter, stronger and smarter in their developing years. Many kids would already be taking part in a sport or activity and others may be yet to discover what they enjoy, but at this age - just a few years before senior school and throughout - could be a great way to give your kids a head start in their physical development.
